Priced by a founder who has personally taken factories from heavy losses to strong profit — so any SME can run that playbook, not just those who can afford a consultant. How the pilots work →

Operations dashboard A live view of what's happening right now — output, status, and where the day stands — instead of finding out at month-end.
Inventory & stock What you've actually got, where it is, and what it's worth, kept in step with what's sold and made.
Orders Sales orders from quote to fulfilment, tied to live stock and production so you don't promise what you can't ship.
Purchasing Raise, track and receive purchase orders with supplier lead times joined up to stock.
Analytics Reporting on the numbers that matter — simple dashboards lower down, deeper trend and cause analysis higher up. Basic Advanced
Sensors & data capture Automatic capture off machines and the floor, so data isn't written down late, partially, and by hand.
Multi-site consolidation Several sites or stores reporting into one live picture, rather than a separate spreadsheet per location.

Add-ons

Only what you actually need.

A few things sit outside the per-user price — and one big thing deliberately doesn't.

Sensors & hardware

Connected sensors and floor terminals where you want automatic capture. Priced per device, only where it pays back.

[ from £— per device ]

Onboarding & setup

Hands-on setup and data migration, staged so nothing switches off in a risky big-bang. No legacy-style implementation fee.

[ scoped to you ]

Extra users

Add users any time at the standard per-user rate — no renegotiation, no minimums.

[ £— /user / month ]

Not sure what you'd need? We'll scope it with you — straight, no padding.

Why it's different

Priced the opposite way to legacy ERP.

The old way makes pricing a negotiation. We made it a web page.

See it against the bespoke alternative

The founder ran these as one-off projects for years. Here's roughly what that costs versus a year of Output IQ.

Consultancy vs Output IQ

What a one-off bespoke project costs, against a year of the system.

Bespoke project£10,000
A year of Output IQ£3,600
2.8× years of Output IQ for the price of that one project

Output IQ's annual figure is an editable placeholder — set it to your real plan price.

Start with a pilot on rolling terms. If it doesn't earn its place, you walk away — no contract to escape. See how the pilots work.

Pricing questions

The bits people ask about.

What counts as a user?

[Placeholder] A user is anyone with their own login — on the shop floor, in the office, or at head office. Shared-terminal logins are handled separately; confirm your setup with us.

Can we change plans or user counts later?

Yes, any time. Add or remove users as you grow or flex, and move between plans without penalty — terms are rolling.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Terms are rolling and monthly by default — you stay because it's working, not because a contract traps you. Annual billing is optional and simply costs less.

Will the price jump at renewal?

No. There's no introductory discount that quietly expires into a hike, and no surprise increases — the price you start on is the price you keep. If pricing ever changes you'd hear well ahead, and rolling terms mean you're never locked in to wear it.

What about sensors and hardware?

[Placeholder] Hardware is a per-device add-on, fitted only where automatic capture earns its keep. We'll scope exactly what you need rather than sell you kit you won't use.

Is there an implementation fee?

[Placeholder] No big-bang implementation fee. Onboarding is scoped to your operation and staged so you keep trading throughout — a deliberate contrast to legacy ERP projects.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

[Placeholder] Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Confirm current rates with us.

Can we try before we commit?

Yes — run a pilot on a real part of your operation first, on rolling terms. If it doesn't earn its place, walk away.

Still unsure? Ask us directly — we'll give you a straight answer.
