It's the seat for the people running the business day to day. Desktop seats start at £55 a month and fall to £35 as you add more.

An operator seat is for the shop floor and the field: clocking on and off jobs, job logging and production booking, the mobile CRM, warehouse and stock moves, and seeing their own work and instructions. It gives your team what they need on the floor without a full desktop licence. Operator seats start at £12 a month and fall to £5 as you add more. Every plan includes a starter allowance of both seat types.

Yes, any time. Request more desktop or operator seats and access is granted straight away, with your monthly fee adjusted to match, and you can scale back the same way. The per-seat rate falls automatically as you add more, with no renegotiation and no minimum, and you can move between Control, Flow and Intelligence whenever your needs change.

Billing is monthly by Direct Debit. You'll get a secure link to set it up in a couple of minutes, or you can arrange a Direct Debit straight through your bank. It flexes with your plan, so if your seats or tier change, your next invoice reflects it automatically.

Yes. The annual saving is shown on each plan above, and we'll confirm the exact figure for your setup when you order.

No. Every plan is rolling monthly with no lock-in and no minimums, so you can cancel any time. Your commitment is only ever the month you are in.

No, but you're never locked in. Output IQ is a rolling monthly contract, so the most you ever commit to is a single month. If it's not earning its place, cancel any time.

No surprise hikes. There's no introductory rate that quietly expires and no jump to a higher price at renewal. Prices may carry a small annual adjustment in line with inflation (RPI or CPI), but there are no nasty surprises: what you see is what you pay.

No. There's no implementation fee, one of the two costs that usually stall an ERP decision. System setup and guided onboarding are included free on every plan, staged so nothing switches off in a risky big bang. Data migration is included to get you live; if you have a large or complex history to bring across, additional migration days are charged at a day rate. No upfront implementation project, and no licence-dwarfing setup bill.

Included. Standard support comes with every plan, with no separate support contract and no per-ticket charges. Deeper specialist work, like process improvement or automation projects, is available on a day rate if you ever want it, but everyday help is part of your subscription.

Your initial training is included with guided onboarding on every plan, so your team is up and running as part of getting started. Need more hands-on time, refresher sessions or training for new starters later? Additional training days are available at a day rate whenever you want them.

The sensor monitoring software, live dashboards, data feeds, machine information, OEE, alerts and predictive downtime, is included at differing levels across the plans. You only pay for the hardware: £150 to £500 to buy a sensor outright depending on type, or £12 to £38 a device a month to rent, plus a small data fee. Dedicated monitoring tools with the same capability typically charge £145 to £250 per machine for monitoring alone; here it's built in, and the data lives in the same system as your jobs, stock and costs.

Yes. You can export your key records yourself at any time, and if you ever leave we'll help you take a full copy with you. A large or complex extract can take time, so that may be chargeable. Either way there's no lock-in and nothing held back: your data is always yours.
