The problem
One bill arrives, and nothing in it is attributable.
Site services are billed as a single total and managed on a hunch. The compressor, the heating and the lights are usually the three largest costs nobody can break down.

Compressed air leaks are silent and constant
A leaking ring main costs money every hour of every day and makes no noise anyone notices. Most sites are paying for air that never reaches a machine.

Heating and lighting run on timers nobody checks
A timer set two winters ago is still running. Out of hours load is the easiest saving on any site and the least visible.

You cannot prove a change worked
A new compressor, a lighting upgrade or a schedule change gets justified on a manufacturer estimate, and afterwards nothing measures whether the estimate was right.

What the site draws when nothing is being made is the purest waste figure there is. Watching it overnight tells you what is being left on and what is leaking.

A single invoice becomes a cost you can allocate to a building, a department or a cell, which is the point at which somebody starts owning it.
Get alerted when consumption jumps
Thresholds per point, so a leak, a failed valve or a stuck timer shows as a step change rather than as a bad month on the next bill.
Prove a change worked, with numbers
Before and after on the same meter, in pounds. Upgrades stop being justified on a brochure figure and start being justified on your own readings.

Can you monitor compressed air?
Yes, either electrically at the compressor or with a dedicated sensor on the line depending on what you need. The compressor is usually the quickest win on any site.
Do I need an electrician?
Most sensors clip on without breaking into anything. Some fittings need a competent person, and we will tell you which before you buy rather than after.
Can I monitor more than one building?
Yes. Points roll up by area and by site, and you can compare one building against another on the same measure.
Will it work alongside our BMS?
It runs alongside rather than replacing it. Where a BMS covers plant, this covers the assets and the points it does not reach.
How is water or gas handled?
Where a meter can be read or a sensor fitted, it goes on the same dashboard as everything else. If we cannot measure something we will say so.
